Saudi Aramco Holds Virtual EGA Meeting, Elects New Board Members Faisal Alibrahim and Robert Dudley
Saudi Aramco held a virtual Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting on Monday, where 98.63% of shareholders attended.
The meeting resulted in several decisions, including the election of new board members for the term of July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2027.

Dudley were elected as new directors, joining existing members such as Yasir Al-Rumayyan, Chairman of the Board, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Assaf, Deputy Chairman, and Amin Nasser, President and CEO.
Other existing members include Mohammed Al-Jadaan, Andrew Liveris, Lynn Elsenhans, Mark Weinberger, Stuart Gulliver, and Khalid Al-Dabbagh.
The assembly reviewed the Board of Directors' report, financial statements, and auditor's report for the year ended December 31, 2023.
They also approved amendments to the company's bylaws, which included modifications related to the election of a temporary Board member, Board remuneration, and recording of Board deliberations and decisions.
