Fawanees Festival: Ramadan's Cultural Hub in Makkah Boosts Economy and Talent

Held at the Makkah Chamber's Exhibition and Events Center, the festival offered various forms of entertainment, cultural experiences, and social activities.
With over 200 exhibitors in the Ramadan Market section, visitors had numerous options for food and beverages.
The event featured live shows, entertainment zones for all ages, and the Fawanees Studio, where influencers, entrepreneurs, and exhibitors shared insights and experiences.
Dr. Turki bin Suleiman Al-Amro, secretary-general of the Makkah Chamber, emphasized the importance of innovative event curation for community engagement and highlighted how such initiatives foster local talent and economic growth.
Fawanees is a significant social, commercial, and cultural event in Makkah during Ramadan, promoting small businesses and a lively entertainment scene.
It boosts the economy, enhances local production, and improves quality of life, aligning with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 goals.
The festival, running from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. until March 31, also functions as a platform for small and medium-sized enterprises.
