Saudi HR Minister Unveils Comprehensive Strategy to Empower Youth
Saudi Arabia's HR Minister Ahmed Al-Rajhi revealed a substantial youth empowerment strategy tied to the Vision 2030 initiative in Riyadh.
Aiming to bolster the Kingdom's young demographic, which constitutes 44% of its population and 78% of its working populace, the strategy will run through 2030.
Al-Rajhi emphasized the strategy's reliance on over 30 governmental and private sector partnerships to refine regulations and boost youths' influence in decision-making.
The plan hinges on five key pillars to recognize youth as a national asset and has ten strategic objectives. It focuses on enhancing young Saudis' global competitiveness and improving youth development metrics.
By targeting the integration of Saudi youth into 24 crucial industries, the strategy aims to shape the nation's future. Al-Rajhi thanked all collaborators for their efforts in devising the Youth Development Strategy.
