Temperature Drop in Riyadh: Mercury Dips to 13-15°C
Forecasts indicate a dip in Riyadh's temperatures to 13-15 degrees Celsius on Sunday, according to weather analyst Aqeel Al-Aqeel from the National Center of Meteorology. He stated these predictions during a conversation with Al-Ekhbariya, noting 13 degrees on the outskirts and 15 degrees within the city. The NCM climate report suggests the southern regions, including Najran and parts south of Riyadh, will experience winter temperatures 1-2 degrees above average this year.
The Kingdom is set to have a relatively warm winter similar to last year, with even the northern areas experiencing occasional sub-zero temperatures. Coastal regions are predicted to be warm and humid with potential thunderstorms, particularly along the Makkah region's coastlines.
