Saudi Arabia Shines at the 24th Asian Physics Olympiad
Summary: In a remarkable achievement, Saudi Arabia's eight-member team excelled at the 24th Asian Physics Olympiad held in Kampar, Malaysia, from June 3 to 10.
The team, supported by the King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity, and the Ministry of Education, competed against 208 students from 27 countries.
The team brought home one bronze medal, won by Mazen Al-Shakhs from the Al-Ahsa Education Department, and received four certificates of appreciation for Wissam Al-Qanbar from the Eastern Province, Ahmed Arif and Abdulmalik Alem from Jeddah, and Ahmed Fadlallah from Makkah.
