KSrelief Delivers Food Aid to Gaza, Mali, and Chad
Saudi aid agency KSrelief provides essential food assistance to vulnerable populations in three countries.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's humanitarian efforts continue with the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) delivering crucial food aid to those in need in Gaza, Mali, and Chad.
In a concerted effort to alleviate the ongoing crisis in Gaza, KSrelief distributed 920 food baskets to vulnerable groups in Khan Younis, reaching 5,520 individuals.
Additionally, their central kitchen maintained its distribution of hot meals, providing 25,000 nutritious meals to those most affected across central and southern Gaza.
This support forms part of Saudi Arabia's sustained commitment to aiding Palestinians through the present humanitarian challenges facing Gaza.
In Mali, the agency demonstrated the generosity of Saudi Arabia by gifting 50 tonnes of dates to be dispersed among the neediest families throughout various regions of the country.
The handover ceremony took place in Bamako and was attended by both Saudi Ambassador Abdullah bin Saleh Sabr and a representative from KSrelief, as they collaborated with Mali's Food Security Commissioner Redouwane Ag Mohamed Ali.
Further efforts were observed in Chad, where KSrelief provided 250 boxes of dates to the Mayo-Kebbi East region.
This action forms part of a larger initiative aimed at distributing 800 tonnes of dates throughout the year across the country.
Benefiting approximately 1,500 individuals, this aid exemplifies KSrelief's dedication to improving food security and nutritional standards in Chad.
KSrelief’s ongoing humanitarian missions highlight Saudi Arabia's commitment to addressing global crises and supporting vulnerable populations worldwide.
