ICS Arabia, alongside Lumaotong Group and China Mobile International, has embarked on a $1.90 billion project to build the 187 MW Desert Dragon Data Centers in Saudi Arabia, aiming to complete phases in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and NEOM by 2027.
