SAN JOSÉ: Adel Al-Jubeir, Saudi Arabia's minister of state for foreign affairs and climate affairs envoy, met with Costa Rica's Minister of Foreign Relations and Worship, Manuel Tovar Rivera, on May 8, 2026.
