Saudi Arabia's King Salman expressed condolences and sympathy to Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva following the floods in the state of Rio Grande do Sul that resulted in deaths, injuries, and missing persons.
The king shared his condolences with the families of the deceased and wished for the safe return of the missing and a speedy recovery for the injured.
Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman of Saudi Arabia sent a message of support to Brazil's president as heavy rains and flooding in the southern state of Rio Grande do Sul caused over 128 people to go missing, displaced more than 230,000 people, and isolated large areas due to floodwaters.
