Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors and alfanar Collaborate to Offer Seamless Home EV Charging Solutions Across Saudi Arabia

A strategic partnership between the official Jaguar Land Rover retailer and a leading energy solution provider aims to support electric vehicle adoption in the Kingdom.
As the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia accelerates its transition towards electrified mobility, Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors (MYNM), the authorized distributor of Jaguar Land Rover in Saudi Arabia, has announced a partnership with alfanar, one of the nation’s top providers of innovative energy solutions.

This alliance marks a significant step forward for MYNM as it seeks to bolster support for electric vehicle (EV) customers across the country.

The partnership underscores the growing importance of EVs in Saudi Arabia's transportation sector and highlights the strategic role that both companies play in driving sustainable mobility within the nation.

Both MYNM and alfanar are distinguished by their commitment to quality, innovation, and national expertise, making their collaboration a natural fit for addressing the challenges associated with the rising demand for clean energy solutions.

Under this agreement, every new EV or Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) purchased from Jaguar Land Rover will come equipped with an alfaCharge 22 kW AC home charging solution provided by alfanar.

The offering includes professional installation, warranty coverage, and after-sales support, ensuring a comprehensive and seamless home charging experience for customers.

The implementation of this partnership has been the result of six months of rigorous technical collaboration between MYNM and alfanar, aimed at integrating alfaCharge systems with current and future electric models from Jaguar Land Rover.

Compatibility testing was conducted to ensure a reliable and consistent charging process that meets the high standards both brands are renowned for.

Rhett Maxwell, Managing Director of Jaguar Land Rover Saudi Arabia at MYNM, expressed confidence in the long-term potential of this partnership: "This collaboration is a testament to our commitment to shaping the future of sustainable mobility in Saudi Arabia.

As we transition our lineup to include more electrified models, we are ensuring that our customers have access to the necessary infrastructure from day one." Maxwell added, "By teaming up with alfanar, we provide a solution that is smart, convenient, and tailored to meet the specific needs of our local market.",

Abdulmuain Al Soufi, EV Product Line Manager at alfanar Electric, echoed this sentiment: "We are proud to partner with MYNM in supporting JLR's clients as they embark on their electric driving journey.

The alfaCharge is designed to meet the highest international standards in performance, safety, and durability—offering customers peace of mind when charging at home."

The comprehensive package offered to EV owners includes a complimentary alfaCharge Home Charger, complete with a full 2-year warranty.

Certified alfanar technicians will manage the installation process, from site surveying to fitting the charger within the home, ensuring safety and a custom fit.

Added benefits include dedicated 24/7 after-sales support provided jointly by Jaguar Land Rover, MYNM, and alfanar’s customer service teams.

This support encompasses EV consultations on charging routines, energy efficiency, and vehicle care—fostering an individualized experience for each client.

The launch of this initiative comes at a pivotal moment as demand for electric and hybrid vehicles grows within the Kingdom.

The partnership aligns with Saudi Vision 2030's emphasis on clean energy and sustainable infrastructure, reinforcing MYNM’s leadership in driving innovation and customer-centric solutions in the automotive sector.

Looking ahead, the alfaCharge integration is just the beginning of a broader strategy to support upcoming electric vehicle models from Jaguar Land Rover.

As the brand introduces its next-generation EVs, including models such as Jaguar's future EV lineup and Range Rover’s upcoming electric flagship, MYNM’s infrastructure readiness ensures that customers can confidently embrace electric mobility.

Through this partnership with alfanar, Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors is not only fulfilling its commitment to electrification but also setting a new standard for premium EV ownership in Saudi Arabia.
