Saudi Culture Takes Center Stage at Sarajevo Book Fair
The Kingdom's cultural achievements and vision for the future are on display in Bosnia.
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, represented by the King Fahd Cultural Center in Bosnia and Herzegovina, is showcasing Saudi culture at the 37th Sarajevo International Book Fair.
Running from April 22 to 27 at the Skenderija Center, this year's event features over 200 exhibitors from around the world covering more than 10,000 square meters of exhibition space.The Saudi pavilion, inaugurated by Saudi Ambassador Anas Al-Wusaidi, highlights the cultural center's programs, publications and activities.
Among these are a documentary showcasing the Kingdom's cultural progress and achievements under Saudi Vision 2030, as well as films introducing various Saudi cities and tourist attractions.
Visitors to the pavilion can also engage with educational and training programs, including a 'Saudi Culture' corner, a workshop on traditional coffee preparation, an Arabic calligraphy area, and activities for children.The Kingdom's participation in the Sarajevo Book Fair reflects its commitment to serving Islam and Muslims both within and outside Saudi Arabia.
It is a testament to the country's message of religious moderation and tolerance, as well as its dedication to fostering global cultural exchange.
