State-owned developer NHC plans to provide over 140,000 affordable homes in 2025, in line with Vision 2030 goals.
Saudi Arabia’s state-owned developer, National Housing Company (NHC), announced it will offer housing units priced 20% below market rates to address the country’s rising demand for affordable housing.

CEO Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Buty revealed that NHC plans to provide over 140,000 housing units in 2025, starting at SR375,000 (approximately $99,979), particularly targeting high-demand areas such as Riyadh.

Al-Buty emphasized that while the focus will be on Riyadh, NHC will also serve 17 other cities across the Kingdom to ensure both affordability and quality. This initiative aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which aims to meet the growing housing demand fueled by population growth and economic expansion.

NHC also launched a subsidiary, NHC Innovation, to spearhead technological advancements in real estate and municipal solutions, including AI services.

Al-Buty reiterated NHC’s commitment to providing value for clients through ownership and investment opportunities.
