Prince Mansour bin Mohammed's tenure as governor of Hafr Al-Batin ends, with Prince Abdul Rahman bin Abdullah taking over.
Additionally, Hisham Al-Falih is now the assistant minister of interior, with Khalid Al-Battal serving as undersecretary at the Ministry of Interior. Khalid Hadrawi joins the Royal Court as an advisor, and Khalil bin Ibrahim steps in as deputy minister of industry and mineral resources for industry affairs.
New city leadership includes Musaed Al-Daoud as mayor of Makkah, and Abdullah bin Mahdi as mayor of the Asir region.
In the media sector, Abdullah Al-Maghlouth is appointed assistant minister, while intelligence affairs under the General Intelligence Presidency will be overseen by Yousef Al-Biyali as deputy chief.
Zuhair Al-Zouman takes the role of assistant to the chair of the Human Rights Commission.
