Under the preliminary MoU, both sides have committed to conducting technical studies to support the modernization of Libya’s telecommunications systems, exploring ways to forge a regional connectivity strategy and strengthening Libya’s role as a communications gateway to neighbouring African markets.
Officials described the agreement as a reflection of a shared strategic vision to support Libya’s digital transformation and integrate services across borders in a manner that contributes to economic development.
