Hajj and Umrah Minister Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, General Authority of Civil Aviation President Abdulaziz Al-Duailej, Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority Governor Suhail Abanmi, and Passports Acting Director-General Saleh Al-Murabba recently conducted on-site inspections at the Al-Haditha and Jadidat Arar border crossings.
Their visits aimed to review workflow preparations for receiving and serving Hajj pilgrims.
The officials assessed operational readiness, services provided, procedures reviewed, and movement flow to ensure efficient and high-quality services for pilgrims from their arrival at the Kingdom's entry points.
They also evaluated capabilities, facilities, and coordination mechanisms among government entities operating at these crossings, demonstrating a united effort to enhance readiness during the Hajj season.
These inspections are part of field follow-ups conducted at land ports, showcasing the commitment of relevant authorities to provide seamless services for pilgrims.
