Kuwait City: The GCC’s Secretary-General, Jasem Mohamed Al-Budaiwi, was welcomed by Kuwait’s Crown Prince, Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, at the Bayan Palace in Kuwait on Tuesday.

The meeting was held to review various topics related to the joint efforts of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states.

According to a statement from the general secretariat, the discussions centered around advancing the council's ongoing work with the aim of fostering prosperity and progress for its people, as per the guidance provided by GCC leaders.

The specific focus was on enhancing the council’s initiatives to align with the strategic objectives set forth by the Gulf nations.
