Hezbollah Claims Missile Strikes on Two Israeli Sites with "Burkan" Rockets
In the early hours of Monday, the Lebanese group Hezbollah announced that it had targeted two Israeli sites with "Burkan" type missiles.
The group issued two separate statements claiming to have hit the Israeli sites of Berka Resha and Hadb Yarin, noting that they achieved what they described as direct hits in both cases.
On the previous evening, Hezbollah, which has been engaged in skirmishes with Israeli forces since October 8 amidst warnings of a potential escalation into full-blown war, disclosed that three of its members had been killed in Israeli attacks in southern Lebanon.
Earlier today, the spokesperson for the Israeli Defense Forces, Avichai Adraee, stated that fighter jets had attacked two military sites belonging to Hezbollah in the villages of Zebqin and Houla in southern Lebanon.
