Tripartite Committee of Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Pakistan Gathers for Defense Cooperation Discussions
Saudi, Turkish, and Pakistani officials convened in Islamabad for the second session of their trilateral defense committee, focusing on bolstering military collaboration.
Saudi Assistant Defense Minister Talal Al-Otaibi, Pakistan's Army Chief General Muhammad Owais, and Turkish Deputy Defense Minister Jalal Sami Tawfik participated in discussions surrounding joint defense initiatives, technology exchange, and research advancement.
Concurrently, Al-Otaibi led the Saudi-Pakistani working groups' third session, and engaged with Pakistan's top military brass, including Army Commander General Asim Munir and Joint Staff Chief General Sahir Shamshad.
These high-level talks aimed at enhancing defense capabilities and technologically advancing military operations, drawing participation from diverse defense specialists and authorities from both countries.
