SAFE's Expansion: Saudi Arabia's National Security Services Company Set to Enhance Aviation Safety and Customer Experience with Global Integration

SAFE's Expansion: Saudi Arabia's National Security Services Company Set to Enhance Aviation Safety and Customer Experience with Global Integration

Saudi Arabia's National Security Services Co. (SAFE), also known as SAFE, is planning an expansion in Saudi Arabia's aviation sector to enhance safety and security.
The company, which already operates in multiple countries and has over 10,000 employees, made these comments at the Future Aviation Forum in Riyadh.

SAFE's expansion plans align with broader transportation goals, according to CEO Turki Matooq Al-Thonayan, who stated, "The plan of expansion is totally integrated with aviation.

Why we are here is because of transportation, talking about aviation, land, and maritime." SAFE, a security services company launched in 2021 by the Public Investment Fund, is expanding its business in Saudi Arabia to include VIP protection, industrial facility security, firefighting, safety, and critical facility management.

The company aims to support the government's initiative to privatize security services and is currently working in over 37 Saudi Arabian governments, as well as in Bahrain and the UAE.

SAFE prioritizes customer experience in its operations and plans for future expansion.

SAFE's top official, Al-Thonayan, discussed the importance of providing excellent services such as firefighting, facility management, and security at airports.

The focus is on enhancing the passenger experience by understanding their needs and improving the efficiency of services to help them move quickly through the airport.

SAFE aims to be the ultimate security, safety, and firefighting partner.

Al-Thonayan, from SAFE, discussed the company's objectives, which focus on improving efficiency and generating revenue.

SAFE aims to be a reliable enabler for the aviation industry by offering comprehensive solutions that streamline services and ensure reliability.

The concept of integration is crucial to SAFE's approach, as they plan to offer a total solution with one reliable service provider for the ecosystem, government, clients, and service providers.

The added value comes from having an integrated service, regardless of the location in the region.

The CEO of SAFE, Al-Thonayan, discussed the importance of door-to-door services for smooth and efficient logistics and cost savings in the network's business.

He emphasized the role of global operations and SAFE's contribution to facilitating seamless travel experiences.

Al-Thonayan's goal is to provide excellent and efficient operations worldwide, with a focus on making life easier for travelers in Saudi Arabia.

He highlighted recent partnerships, including an MoU with Dammam Airport Co. and Cluster 2, which includes 22 other airports, to enhance the aviation network within the Kingdom.

The CEO of SAFE, Al-Thonayan, announced that collaborations will strengthen the Kingdom's network.

SAFE aims to transform its business model from individual solutions to total solutions by focusing on accredited training and technology integration.

The company plans to shift security from a cost center to a value generator and cultivate data networks for expanded services.

Recent agreements mark the beginning of further success and collaboration.

SAFE is committed to setting high standards in the aviation sector and delivering an exceptional customer experience, positioning itself as a leader in the industry.

The CEO of SAFE (Security for Airport and Flyers Enterprise) expressed the importance of delivering the best customer experience in aviation, with a focus on passengers, travelers, airports, and airlines.

SAFE is committed to this goal through comprehensive strategies and partnerships, and aims to be a key player in the future of aviation security and customer experience, both in the Kingdom and globally.
