India and Saudi Arabia have signed a visa waiver agreement designed to facilitate easier travel for holders of diplomatic and official passports, marking another step in the steady deepening of their strategic partnership.

The agreement was concluded during high-level bilateral engagements, reflecting the growing momentum in political, economic, and security cooperation between the two countries.

Under the arrangement, eligible travellers from both sides will be able to enter, exit, and transit without the need for visas, a move intended to streamline official exchanges and enhance institutional collaboration.

Officials said the measure would support more frequent government-to-government engagement, accelerate coordination on joint initiatives, and reinforce trust between the two administrations.
