At a conference in Chisinau, European nations, including Germany, France, and Poland, emphasized their support for Ukraine as key to Moldova's stability, with German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock warning of the risks to Moldova should Ukraine falter. Amidst these discussions, Moldova, under the leadership of President Maia Sandu, received over 380 million euros in aid and strong endorsements for its EU membership aspirations, aiming to join the bloc by 2030.
