Minister Al-Khorayef launches strategy for Human Capability Development in Industrial and Mining sectors
Industry and Mineral Resources Minister Bandar Al-Khorayef launched the Human Capability Development Strategy in the industrial and mining sectors, announced at the Human Capability Initiative Conference in Riyadh.
Endorsed by Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman, the event took place at the King Abdulaziz International Convention Center, spanning February 28-29. The strategy aims to attract and empower skilled workers, creating an environment that boosts productivity and innovation.
Aligned with the National Industry Strategy and Vision 2030, it also features the National Academy for Industry, which will provide training for professionals and new graduates, support existing institutes, incentivize partnerships, and offer 18 new programs to strengthen industry-relevant skills.
