Eng. Abdullah bin Amer Al-Swaha, the Saudi Minister of Communications and Information Technology, emphasized that taking the helm of leadership is a key pillar for excellence in generative artificial intelligence. He conveyed the kingdom's pride in the guidance of His Highness the Crown Prince may God preserve him and his positive outlook towards the future of generative artificial intelligence.
This statement was made as part of his participation in a panel discussion held today within the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, titled "The Great Equaliser: Artificial Intelligence."
The Minister praised Saudi company NanoPalm for its innovative breakthrough in utilizing generative artificial intelligence to develop a biological robot aimed at contributing to the treatment of anemia. He underscored the Kingdom's determination to achieve a qualitative leap in innovation and emphasized the importance of uniting collective efforts to adopt innovative models based on sustainable solutions and to benefit from the latest innovations using artificial intelligence technology and its applications.
