On Monday, Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan held discussions with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs headquarters in Riyadh.
The talks focused on significant regional and international developments, alongside efforts to address ongoing issues within these contexts.
Both officials also reviewed the bilateral relations between Saudi Arabia and the United States, seeking avenues for further enhancement of their partnership to benefit both nations.
The meeting was attended by notable officials, including Saudi Ambassador to the United States, Princess Reema bint Bandar; Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs, Prince Misaab Al-Farhan; and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs, Ambassador Dr. Saud Al-Sati.
Marco Rubio's visit to Riyadh marks the second leg of his first tour of the Middle East since assuming office as Secretary of State in January 2025. His appointment came during the administration of former President
