It has been emphasized that the billing number (030), which was previously allocated for customs services, has been discontinued and replaced by the billing number (020) as the sole identifier for all payment processes related to the Authority, whether they concern zakat, tax, or customs services.

The Authority has reiterated to all beneficiaries of its services the importance of ensuring the exclusive use of the billing number (020) to correctly remit their zakat, tax, and customs dues.

Furthermore, the Authority has called upon its taxpayers and clients to be sure to use the official communication channels when contacting them for any inquiries. Customers can reach out through the unified contact center number (19993), which operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, or via the “Ask Zakat, Tax, and Customs” account on platform (X) (@Zatca_Care), as well as through the email address (info@zatca.gov.sa), or the instant messaging feature on the Authority's website. The Authority assures that through these channels, all inquiries related to taxpayers' and clients' obligations and the full range of services provided by the Authority are welcomed and addressed.
