Saudi-Kuwaiti Coordination Council Meeting Strengthens Bilateral Relations
Third meeting of the council focuses on enhancing cooperation in various sectors.
Riyadh: The third meeting of the Saudi-Kuwaiti Coordination Council, co-chaired by Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan and his Kuwaiti counterpart Abdullah Ali Al-Yahya, took place in Riyadh on Monday.
The gathering aimed to fortify ties between the two nations, building upon the outcomes of committees established under the council since 2025.Kuwait expressed its intention to host the subsequent fourth meeting of the council.
To formalize cooperation, four memoranda of understanding were signed at the conclusion of the meeting.
These encompassed agreements on collaboration in radio and television broadcasting, economic planning, scientific research and innovation, as well as public-private partnerships.The council's efforts are part of broader regional initiatives to strengthen diplomatic and economic ties between GCC countries.
Both nations have committed to fostering a collaborative environment that supports shared development goals and enhances mutual understanding.
