The King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language, in collaboration with the Riyadh Second Health Cluster, launches the third edition of its Arabic for Health Purposes program.
RIYADH: The King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language, in partnership with the Riyadh Second Health Cluster, has initiated the third iteration of the Arabic for Health Purposes program.
This educational initiative is designed to empower non-Arabic-speaking healthcare professionals by providing them with essential Arabic communication skills through a comprehensive two-month curriculum.
According to the Saudi Press Agency's report on Monday, this program is part of a broader strategy aimed at offering specialized Arabic courses tailored to various professions.
The program seamlessly integrates classical Arabic with the Saudi dialect and incorporates cultural activities intended to facilitate healthcare workers' integration into the local community.
By adopting a flexible learning model, the initiative seeks to enhance the performance of healthcare professionals in real-world settings.
The first edition of the program in 2024 involved four healthcare facilities in Riyadh, benefiting over 150 practitioners.
In its second iteration, completed in April, the program served 52 participants in collaboration with the Riyadh First Health Cluster.
