KSrelief and Majmaah University Sign Cooperation Deal for Humanitarian Research and Volunteering
On Thursday, Saudi Arabia's humanitarian aid agency KSrelief signed a cooperation deal with Majmaah University.
The agreement aims to promote collaboration in humanitarian research and increase participation from both parties in conferences, workshops, meetings, exhibitions, and related events.
The two entities are considering organizing a humanitarian research workshop during the Riyadh International Humanitarian Forum, which KSrelief hosts every two years.
The deal was signed by Dr. Aqeel Al-Ghamdi from KSrelief and Dr. Mosallam Al-Dosari from Majmaah University.
The memorandum aims to enhance volunteering cooperation between a university and a local organization.
The university will leverage its resources, including cadres and the UN-affiliated CIFAL center, to support the organization's sustainable development and humanitarian efforts.
The partnership will allow for the sharing of consultancy services, experience exchange, and capacity-building programs from the university's CIFAL center.
This agreement aligns with Saudi Vision 2030 objectives, which promote collaboration and humanitarian action in the Kingdom.
