Israel and Allies Form Coalition After Iran's Missile Attack on Israel: First Time Against Iran's Threats in Middle East
Iran launched the first direct attack against Israel with missiles and drones on Saturday night.
In response, Israel, the US, Britain, France, and other allies formed a coalition to counter Iran's threat for the first time.
Israel's military spokesperson, Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari, announced that the coalition successfully thwarted the attack.
Iran retaliated for the destruction of its consular building in Syria by launching over 350 missiles, drones, and rockets towards Israel and potentially other countries.
The attack followed an air strike widely attributed to Israel.
In response, Israel's Foreign Minister, Yisrael Katz, urged Britain and France to take action against Iran by designating its Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps as a terrorist organization, imposing sanctions on its missile project, and weakening the regime.
