PARIS: Maryam Rajavi, the head of the Paris-based opposition National Council of Resistance of Iran, has called for Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei to step down, following unprecedented US strikes on key nuclear facilities.

According to President Donald Trump, these attacks 'obliterated' their targets.

Rajavi stated that Khamenei is responsible for an 'unpatriotic project' that has resulted in significant financial losses and loss of life, with the Iranian people now welcoming the end of the conflict and seeking peace and freedom.
