IHG and REFAD Agree to Bring New Luxury Hotel Indigo & Residences to Saudi Arabia's Hospitality Landscape
IHG Hotels & Resorts, a UK-based company, has signed a management agreement with REFAD Real Estate Co. to bring the luxury Hotel Indigo & Residences brand to Alkhobar, Saudi Arabia.
The deal, supported by the Kingdom's Tourism Development Fund, includes a 200-key hotel and serviced apartments, with a projected opening in September 2027.
