Tunisia calls out global silence on Palestinian suffering; Ukraine faces deadly attack as Russia strikes medical center.
The Tunisian Foreign Minister Mohamed Ali Nafti, addressing the UN General Assembly, criticized the global community's silence on Palestinian suffering and stressed the need for equal treatment for all. Reaffirming Tunisia’s support for Palestinian independence with East Jerusalem as its capital, he also called for UN reforms and African-led solutions to regional issues, underscoring the importance of stability in Libya and dialogue in Sudan.
Meanwhile, in Ukraine, a tragic attack unfolded as Russian forces bombarded a medical center in Sumy, killing eight and injuring 11.
