Staying in Riyadh, BlackRock is set to enhance Saudi real estate and asset management under Vision 2030. The company has recently signed a memorandum with the Saudi Real Estate Refinance Co. (SRC) to boost the Kingdom's real estate finance sector, aiming for increased homeownership and mortgage-focused strategies by 2030.

Meanwhile, Saudi Aramco is forming strategic alliances with China's Rongsheng Petrochemical Co. and Hengli Group Co. during Premier Li Qiang's visit to the Kingdom. These agreements target energy security and development, including expanding the Jubail Refinery and potential joint ventures with Hengli.

Speaking of growth, Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources issued 37,730 certificates of origin in August, continuing their push to boost non-oil exports. In another Vision 2030 milestone, Saudi Arabia is on the brink of getting its first Global Geoparks. Lastly, in line with their digital transformation initiatives, Saudi Arabia's Civil Status Agency has renewed over one million national ID cards through the Absher platform using facial recognition technology. This service not only facilitates online renewals but also showcases the government's strides in embracing advanced technology for improved citizen services.
