At the World Retail Congress in Paris, details will be revealed about Diriyah Square, a new lifestyle hub in Saudi Arabia with over 400 shops and 100 restaurants and cafes.
Part of a $62.2 billion renovation project, Diriyah Square is more than a shopping destination, symbolizing Saudi Arabia's commitment to economic growth and creativity.
The event, held from April 16 to 18, will provide information on the development.
Diriyah, a new retail district in Saudi Arabia, is being invited for investment due to its pedestrian-centric design, proximity to Wadi Hanifah and UNESCO World Heritage Site At-Turaif.
It is a significant component of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 initiative to diversify the economy.
Upon completion, it will accommodate 100,000 residents, workers, students, and visitors.
Diriyah Company aims to start construction on 11 new assets by the end of 2024.
The CEO spoke at the Public Investment Fund's Private Sector Forum in Riyadh, announcing upcoming initiatives including the King Salman Boulevard, described as Saudi Arabia's version of Paris' Champs-Elysees, set to be revealed in December during the company's "Bashayer" event.
The last event unveiled the Diriyah Art Futures museum.
