The company, targeting leadership in the national healthcare sector and aiming to make the country a top choice for medical tourism, has announced its collaboration with Ayyan Company Investment.

Through this partnership, Dallah Healthcare will acquire majority shares in Al Ahsa and Al Salam hospitals, furthering its regional presence.

Additionally, Dallah Healthcare, with a 27.18% share in the International Medical Center, is also involved in the design of a cutting-edge hospital in northern Jeddah and the development of specialized clinics and a surgery center in Makkah.

These initiatives, which align with the government's Vision 2030, are set to enhance the quality and range of healthcare services while contributing to the nation's progressive healthcare vision.
