Violating the instructions of selling the bonds of the animal sacrifice (Adahi, Hadi) is considered one of the crimes that require arrest, Saudi Arabia's Public Prosecution warned.
Issuance, sale and marketing the bonds of Adahi, Hadi, Fedyah and charity (Sadaqah) are prohibited of all kinds for Hajj pilgrims, and can only be done through the Kingdom’s project to benefit from the meat of Adahi and Hadi, which is implemented by the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB).
The Public Prosecution warned against any violation of the instructions for selling Adahi and Hadi bonds, noting that it is considered one of the major crimes that require arrest if it involves practices related to financial fraud.
The statutory penalties in this regard include several matters, the Public Prosecution confirmed, noting that they are punitive penalties, as well as returning the value of the bonds sold to their owners.
In addition to the penalty of purchasing bonds from the IsDB, according to the number of bonds sold by the violator of the instructions for selling bonds related to Adahi and Hadi.
