The UAE remains dedicated to supporting the Palestinian people and easing suffering in Gaza, working with international partners to intensify aid efforts.
Sean Carroll, CEO of ANERA, expressed gratitude towards the Emirati government and people for their $15 million contribution to aid efforts in Gaza through the Amalthea Fund.
The UAE has also collaborated with international partners to deliver food and relief supplies to northern Gaza via land, air, and sea.
To date, the UAE has sent over 31,000 tonnes of humanitarian supplies, including food, relief items, and medical supplies, using 256 flights, 46 airdrops, 1,231 trucks, and six ships.
The UAE is implementing sustainable relief efforts in Gaza through various projects.
These initiatives include building five automatic bakeries, supplying flour to eight existing bakeries, and installing six desalination plants with a total capacity of 1.2 million gallons of water daily.
These projects aim to ensure a consistent supply of food and water for the people of Gaza.
