Several Water Bottling Plants and Commercial Firms Fined for Price-Fixing Violations under Saudi Competition Law
The General Authority for Competition imposed fines on several water bottling plants and commercial firms for violating the Competition Law.
Seha Water Factory was fined SR1 million, while SR100,000 fines were given to Abq Al-Nada Trading Establishment, Quwat Al-Ahram Trading Est., Nader Abdullah Muhammad Hadi Al Shaiban Al-Dosari Trading Est., Al-Dana Water Company, Wael Muhammad Shaaban Factory, Layan Bottling and Distribution Factory Limited, and Al-Baraka Water Company.
The firms must also pay for publishing their violations in local newspapers.
