Saudi Arabian student Jawaher Al-Enezi created the top three app, "My Child," at the Swift Student Challenge.
Developed at the Apple Developer Academy, "My Child" supports children and young people who stutter with therapeutic exercises and real-life scenarios.
Al-Enezi was inspired by her personal experience of developing a stutter after her grandfather's death at age five.
With her father's help, she learned techniques to manage her stutter, which she incorporated into the app.
"My Child" stood out among 350 submissions from 35 countries.
A Saudi Arabian woman named Al-Enezi created a speech practice app called "My Child," which uses AVFAudio technology and includes characters inspired by her father and grandfather.
Her goal is to publish the app on the App Store and pursue a career in programming in Saudi Arabia.
Al-Enezi aims to help those with speech and communication challenges with her innovative tools.
The Apple Developer Academy in Riyadh, an all-female academy, supports her initiative as part of a broader effort to empower female tech leaders and innovators in the region.
