Additional criteria focus on creating a seamless dining experience, from the initial greeting at the entrance to the allocation of valet parking services for visitors.
The ministry also emphasizes the importance of a digital reservation system and a complaints channel to improve service quality.
Furthermore, drive-thru services are prohibited, aligning with the principle that luxury dining is built around the experience rather than convenience.
