The changes aim to streamline contractual and judicial procedures in the event of disputes, ensuring a more efficient resolution process.

In addition to providing clarity on existing provisions, the amendments introduce new definitions and rules aimed at minimizing conflicts and ensuring fairness in litigation.

Penalties and fines have also been introduced for violations, underscoring the need for compliance with the updated laws.

As part of its efforts to improve the recruitment sector, MHRSD also launched the Musaned platform, a key initiative for domestic worker services.

Musaned provides a range of services designed to streamline the recruitment process and address any complaints or disputes that may arise between employers and workers.

The platform outlines the rights and responsibilities of both parties, contributing to a clearer and more regulated framework for domestic employment in Saudi Arabia.
