Saudi Deputy Minister Welcomes Palestinian President Abbas Ahead of WEF Meeting
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and his delegation were welcomed at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on Saturday by Saudi Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Waleed Elkhereiji.
The Palestinian leader is scheduled to attend a special meeting of the World Economic Forum, aimed at fostering global cooperation, growth, and energy for development.
The Saudi Press Agency reported the attendance of Nayef bin Bandar Al-Sudairi, the Saudi ambassador to Jordan and non-resident ambassador to Palestine, and Bassem Al-Agha, the Ambassador of Palestine to the Kingdom, at the airport for the occasion.
