Saudi Arabia's Culture and Human Resources Ministers Sign Cooperation Agreement to Develop Human Capital and Boost Economy
On Monday, Saudi Arabia's Minister of Culture, Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan, and the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Ahmed Al-Rajhi, signed a cooperation agreement with the goal of advancing their respective objectives.
This partnership aims to foster human capital development in the culture and arts sectors.
The agreement's anticipated outcomes include the strengthening of local cultural identity, growth in local economic engagement, an increase in employment opportunities and social advancement, and the creation of a favorable legislative and regulatory environment that stimulates investment and innovation in the cultural sector.
As part of this collaboration, the ministries will explore methods to inspire and incentivize private sector involvement in the development of the culture and arts sectors.
This agreement aligns with the economic targets outlined in Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to increase economic activity and generate new job opportunities.
