More than One Million Pilgrims Benefit from Hair Cutting Service to Exit Ihram at Grand Mosque Courtyard

Makkah — More than one million pilgrims have utilized a newly introduced hair cutting service, enabling them to formally exit from ihram at the completion of their Umrah rituals in the Grand Mosque courtyard.
The General Presidency for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques initiated this service on the first day of last Ramadan.According to the presidency, the service allows pilgrims to transition out of ihram by providing access to hair cutting salons at two designated locations: the Marwa Gate and the eastern courtyard of the Grand Mosque.
A specialized team oversees the process, ensuring that all tools are fully sterilized and services are delivered efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.This initiative reflects the presidency's ongoing efforts to enhance services within the Two Holy Mosques.
