On Tuesday, Maj. Gen. Abdullah Al-Qurashi, the assistant military commander for the Islamic Military Counterterrorism Coalition (IMCC), welcomed Gen. Paulino Garcia Diego and his delegation from the Spanish Ministry of Defense at the IMCC headquarters in Riyadh.
