Expatriate in Saudi Arabia Sentenced to Prison and Fined for Harassing Woman
A man living as an expatriate in Saudi Arabia has been sentenced to five years in prison and fined SR150,000 ($39,986) for harassing a woman.
The Saudi Public Prosecution's Morality wing conducted an investigation into the incident, which was reported by the Saudi Press Agency on Thursday.
After being tried in court, the man was found guilty of the harassment charges.
The Public Prosecution emphasized its commitment to upholding public morals and stated that any infringement upon these values will be met with criminal consequences.
