Diriyah's Zallal: New Mixed-Use Development with 6,000 sq.m Office Space and 8,000 sq.m Retail, Set to Open in Bujairi District in 2025
Saudi Arabia's Diriyah Co. is set to launch Zallal, a new mixed-use commercial office and retail development in the Bujairi district during the first half of 2025.
The project includes two low-rise office buildings with a combined leasable space of 6,000 sq.
m and 12 retail and food outlets covering about 8,000 sq.
m.
Zallal is located near the popular Bujairi Terrace and the recently completed Diriyah Art Futures, as well as the upcoming Bab Samhan Hotel.
Jerry Inzerillo, CEO of Diriyah Co, stated that there has been strong interest from international and local companies looking to occupy the central location and benefit from the retail, F&B, and office spaces.
Construction is progressing well at Zallal in Diriyah, with advanced leasing negotiations underway for tenants.
The project will offer direct access to Wadi Hanifah and views of the UNESCO World Heritage site of At-Turaif.
Zallal aims to integrate traditional Najdi architecture into its design and will feature an underground parking facility with easy access to major roads and public transportation.
Prospective tenants have shown strong interest in the project.
Diriyah, a facility in Saudi Arabia, is designed for convenience with coach drop-off points for tourists.
International and local companies are negotiating leases for new assets, with 11 expected to be constructed by the end of 2024.
Two agreements were signed at the Private Sector Forum in February.
