In recent developments, the General Directorate of Narcotics Control has taken action against individuals engaging in illicit activities.
In Madinah, a citizen has been arrested for selling hashish and 1,426 tablets subject to medical circulation regulation.
The initial procedures have concluded with the individual being referred to the Public Prosecution.
Additionally, security patrols in the Asir region apprehended two Ethiopians for attempting to smuggle 16 kg of qat through Al-Farshah.
These individuals have also undergone preliminary procedures and were forwarded to the relevant authority.
