Riyadh: The head of the Saudi Broadcasting Authority, Mohammed Al-Harthi, hosted a meeting with Sri Lankan Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Omar Lebbe Ameer Ajwad.
The gathering's primary focus was on fostering bilateral ties within the media sector, specifically through potential collaborations in television production, program development, content sharing, and exchanging media expertise.
According to the Saudi Press Agency, discussions also encompassed joint media training initiatives and Sri Lanka’s anticipated participation in the upcoming Saudi Media Forum.
This meeting underlines efforts by both countries to strengthen their mutual understanding and engagement within the global media landscape.
