Saudi Aramco Celebrates F1 Grand Prix in Tokyo: Arabic Food Event at Royal Garden Cafe
On April 7, the F1 Grand Prix will take place in Japan at the Suzuka Circuit.
Aramco, a Saudi oil company, is heavily involved with the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team.
To celebrate the Grand Prix and promote Aramco in Japan, Aramco Asia Japan (AAJ) is hosting an F1-themed event at the Royal Garden Cafe in Tokyo's Aoyama area.
The café is decorated with team colors and F1-related items, and will serve Arabic food for two weeks.
The goal is to raise Aramco's profile in Japan and showcase its commitment to producing sustainable fuels.
Abdullah Jastaniah, Representative Director of AAJ, expressed hope that the Saudi Arabia Formula One event in Tokyo would allow Tokyo residents to experience Saudi cuisine and learn more about the country.
Saudi Arabia made its Formula One debut in 2021 with the Jeddah street circuit race, which took place on March 10, 2023.
The Red Bull team won the race with Max Verstappen finishing first and Sergio Perez finishing second.
Fernando Alonso had a notable performance, finishing fifth in his Aston Martin Aramco car.
